An easy-going boss who loves his craft beer, Rahul Khetan is the co-founder of Elemental Fixtures that provides shop fit solutions to retailers. His global experience of servicing and leading large industrial companies has empowered him to quantum scale Elemental Fixtures in the past decade.
The all-in-one businessman leads finance, investments in machines, production, purchase, and is actively involved with client PR & Project Management. He is known for his sure-shot approach when it comes to solutions in retail store fixtures.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia USA, with a specialisation in Finance. After graduating in the year 2000, he held business strategy positions with Bristol Myers Squibb and Synygy Inc in US for three years. He returned to India to set up a greenfield steel plant, which he ran for seven years.
In his free time, Rahul loves to strum the guitar and don the chef’s hat for his friends and family.
Amit Mohta
Joint Managing Director
A self-confessed unpredictable-but-cool boss, Amit Mohta’s choice of drink is predictably bossy: a glass of stiff whisky on the rocks. Amit is the last word when it comes to understanding the retail sector, a result of a nurtured skill he has honed while holding various senior management posts in Retail Operations and Management over the past 15 years and counting.
At Elemental Fixtures, he steers ERP Architecture, Production, Purchase, client PR & Project Management. Overall, end-to-end solution for clients, and creating new growth avenues for Elemental Fixtures.
He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA. After graduation in 2001, he returned to India and was CEO at Todays Writing Products Limited.
Amit has a great ear for music, and often goes behind the console as a passionate DJ. He loves to rustle up a great meal.
Boman Moradian

Mr Moradian holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI and holds a postgraduate degree in Management Studies. He is an Independent Director on the Boards of EsselPropack Ltd., Garware Polyester Ltd., Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd. and Mutual Industries Ltd.
Ms. Shruti
Vice President, Human Resources
Shruti holds a Masters in Business Administration, from Faculty of Management Studies in Udaipur India, with a specialisation in Human Resources and Marketing. With over 15 years of experience, she has led administrative and human resource teams for leading multinational companies and management institutes. Shruti effortlessly manages the twin objectives of ensuring employee welfare and development, along with instilling Elemental’s Vision and Mission in every employee.
